I wrote a much broader definition for our faq glossary section (http://www.platial.com/faq#g_neogeo). I felt non-tech cartography ought not to be excluded from neogeography, but then again, there is not really anything particularly "neo" about offline personal mapping, so I probably should revise my definition...
